Are you excited to perform in any city or venue in particular during this tour?
I’m super excited to go back to NY since I used to live there as well as performing at the Roxy in LA!
What was the feeling when you receive the news about the “Sweet Dreams Tour”?
Megan is such a sweet and awesome person so I was super excited when I heard I would be joining her as well as my buddy Alex Angelo! It is going to be so much fun.
How do you prepare for this tour?
I have been rehearsing a ton and just locking down my set for the show.
How many and which songs you’ll perform?
I will be performing 3-4 songs and you will just have to come to the show to see what songs I’ll be singing 😉
You have to perform almost every day, how do you manage to do that and how do you take care of your voice?
Tea is my best friend when I sing 🙂 I just have to be cautious and be honest with how I’m feeling, if it feels like it is starting to hurt I take quick action to rest it and to treat it 🙂
Are you doing this tour by yourself or will have your family with you?
My mama will be traveling with me on this tour. I love having her there for support, she is very helpful with whatever I need. I love her to death!
What are your loyal “Sammurais” are saying to you about this tour?
I think they are all pretty excited about this tour because this is my first tour!
Your latest hit single “Talk” is a very catchy song. Tell us about it?
Talk is a song I had started writing a while back. I took my ideas to Matt Tishler and Maria Christiansen and we finished the song together in about 2 writing sessions! Talk is a song about when a person you like only “Talks” about liking you back but never acts upon it.
