FABIANA MILAZZO CELEBRATES THE OPENING OF HER LA BOUTIQUE & DEBUTS HER “TEEN SPIRIT COLLECTION”
Fabiana Milazzo debuted the opening of its first ever US boutique last night on Los Angeles’ famed Melrose Avenue. The Brazilian designer is recognized globally for her red carpet-worth evening gowns as well as a forward thinking RTW collection.
The party was hosted by Fabiana Milazzo and attended by Danielle Campbell, Corey Gamble, Ava Sambora, Ella Harris, Camila Coehlo, Debbie Sherman, Lorenzo Martone and more. The party’s stylist thoroughly researched the grunge universe and allied the movement’s rebellion with the romanticism that is its characteristic.
The junction of the two universes brings delicate pieces in pastel colors, embroidery, lace and pearls, which join to a destroyed footprint, plaid shirts and shredded finishes. The result is a collection that is totally reimagined, relaxed and striking. The stylist’s risk for the season is underwear being used as main clothing and lingerie made with “jeans” – avant-garde Beauty Denim from Canatiba, with stretch-like properties and that give a touch of rebellion to the productions. Caftans, trousers and pajama blouses – wide, torn or frayed – are paired back to other more sophisticated looks. Slip dresses at varied lengths also compliment the collection. Within the entire collection, the fabrics remain of the highest value and luxe feel including: muslin, smooth and printed silk satin, and destroyed organza developed in Italy, with exclusivity for this collection.
The new boutique is now open at 8476 Melrose Avenue in Beverly Hills.
