I grew up part time in Buena Park and part time in Newport Beach.

My Step Dad, who is a land developer, taught me everything I know about the process.
How did you got selected for the Bravo’s TV show “REAL ESTATE WARS”?
I was called by a casting agent for the production company and killed it on the Skype interviews.
Do you guys have a script on what to do or say?
Absolutely not
You are very successful now, but is there anything you regret about being in the show?
I regret not trying harder for camera time.
Besides OC, what other cities are you planning to have an office at?
Right now my partner and I have plans to expand to San Diego.
What is the most challenging part of your job?
Navigating the various personality types.
What inspires you?
Life, my children and seeing the wonder of the World in their eyes, doing right by them and living by a set of principles that are faith based.
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
Here locally having an empire of assets and clients

The Bible
What are your hobbies and interests?
I love tennis, surfing and high intensity workouts
If you could live in another period of time, which would you choose?
Tough to say…I would like to have a bit of time in the 20’s through now…
What do you like to watch on tv?
The news, History Channel, Bravo of course and all the Real Estate shows including ours.

Phone, Sunglasses, proper outfit
What music do you like?
House Music, old school hip hop and Frank Sinatra
Your idea of a perfect Sunday is?
Church and family sprinkled with phone calls saying “We’re closing Monday”
How’s a normal day in your life?
Busy..up at 6 bed at 12am…kids to school and work work work..homework with kids, dinner and then some time with my bride.
What is your favorite healthy food?
Kale Salad from True Foods
And your favorite cheat food?
ohhhh I’d say Tommy’s burgers
How do you see yourself in 5 years?
In better shape, happier and with more grey hair..lol

I do. I support First Step house San Diego, Wounded Warriors, the American Cancer Society and many others.
