I am a model, coach, nutritionist, former Miss Universe Sweden and Miss Earth Sweden as well as a charity campaigner.
Describe yourself in 3 words?
Ambitious, adventurous, thinker
Who has been the biggest influence on your life?
My faith in God has the biggest influence in my life.
How and when did you start modeling?
I was scouted by a couple of modeling agencies when I first came to London at the age of 18 and decided it was something I wanted to explore. I always wanted to work for myself, for as long as I can remember. So, I have tried to choose career paths that enable me to do so, such as modeling and coaching others.
What keeps you motivated to keep training hard and eating right?
For me health is everything. When I feel good I look good. I’ve had to learn along the way what is best for my body and how to nourish it and make it strong.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”24664″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]What is the biggest highlight of your career?
Probably winning the Miss Sweden competition in 2014 and representing my country at Miss Universe. It was a very special experience for me. Setting up my coaching business the same year was a highlight for me as well.
What is your favourite healthy food?
I would say just a good balanced meal with some quality protein and vegetables together with some good fats in there will keep me going for a while.
And your favourite cheat food?
Definitely something sweet like a nice cake or ice-cream
In five years from now, where do you see yourself and your career?
As most people know health and wellness is my passion. In the future I hope to be able to inspire more people to live healthy happier lives whilst caring for our environment.
Who is your biggest beauty inspiration?
Jessica Alba. She just seems to have it all beauty and brains together with success.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”24665″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]Who are some of your favourite models and designers, and why?
I like models like Miranda Kerr or Gisele Bundchen who have used their fame of modeling into successful business ventures. That’s very admirable. In terms of designers I seem to be more into gym wear now! I like Lululemon’s active wear, they have a very flattering fit.
What are your makeup bag staples when traveling?
I always bring a cover up cream, mineral powder, lip pen, colored brow gel and pink lip balm. That’s my go to natural look for day to day or when traveling.
What is fun and rewarding about modeling? And what is not?
For me modeling is a creative way to express myself through pictures. I like seeing my work in such a visual way. But as with everything else it is important to work with the right people in the industry.
What’s your advice for the newer models?
Decide what sort of modeling you want to do and what suits your look then find an agency that works with the type of modeling that fits your look. Promoting yourself on social media is very important nowadays as well and can bring you many more opportunities.
What kind of music do you like? And don’t like?
I like fun pop music that makes me feel good. Or music that makes me think. Probably not a fan of heavy metal music.
Do you support any charity?
Yes this year I became the ambassador for Women’s Environmental Network. They are the only UK charity working on issues that link women, health and the environment. Their values are very much in-line with my own and I’m very proud to be working with them on empowering women, their health and caring for the environment.
A perfect Sunday is…?
Waking up after a good night sleep and going for a nice big brunch with my girlfriends followed by a walk in the park and ending the day with watching a good movie or catch up on some reading.
3 things you can’t leave home without?
Mobile phone, money and my strawberry lip balm!
What do you think of Social Media?
Good if used in the right way. It enables you to connect with others and lets you share your message about what you do to a wide audience.
