Since Veronica moved to Los Angeles she hasn’t stopped working. We can see her in the feature film by an award-winning writer Hanne Andersen called Young and Alone, in a feature film starring Catherine Dyer (known as Agent Connie Frazer from the hit Netflix series Stranger Things), which premiered on Lifetime, and she was also on NBC’s Caught on Camera with Nick Cannon, to name a few.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”24793″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]What made you move to Los Angeles?
Well, initially, I moved all the way to NYC from Finland. That was because I got into an acting school there and I understood that if I wanted to make this happen, I should do it in the States where the stakes are higher, and the industry is bigger. I thought to myself, if I want to succeed in acting, reach for the top, then I had to go where the heart of it was. Belly of the beast.
You worked with world famous actor Nick Cannon, how is he like?
He’s very professional and focused on set. And so energetic!
You are a world-leading media personality, actress, dancer and gymnast. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
Prioritizing, passion, sheer power of will at times. I know I’m very fortunate to be able to do what I do, I had the freedom to choose. I keep that in mind and work hard to keep it that way.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”24791″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]What advice would you give to girls like you who want to make it big in this industry?
If you want to do it, then you have to commit to it fully. There’s no plan B, there’s no one foot in, you have to be both feet in, with no back up, and fully dive into it. Go to acting classes, surround yourself with creative people, move to Los Angeles, and work. Be on time. That’s a big one. If you’re on time to places you’re already ahead of a lot of people.
We hear you have a number of creative projects that you are working on currently. Tell us about it.
One of them which I can talk about, is a web series called The Pantheon. It follows ancient Greek gods running a modern-day tech company. It’s hilarious and filled with creative people, I always have so much shooting it.
