Courageous, Friendly, Positive.
Name one your strengths?
I am Persistence.
How did you get in the industry?
I needed a life change. I was studying Fashion Design In LA. Being around a lot of friends that were involved in the entertainment industry was very interesting and eye opening to me. I thought to myself, if they are pursuing this why cant I? As I started watching more and more movies I thought to myself, there really is a no judgement zone in the acting world as far as looks go- there is a part for everyone/ type of character, you just have to keep moving forward to get there .
Tell us a little about your company “The DAB Company?”
The DAB Company, is a company created to enrich the self-esteem of young women, helping them to enhance their own “Dazzling And Beautiful” individuality. I wanted to create this company to motivate and inspire young women, once the Brand started to grow I was blessed to have many readers from all different ages. I have been thru a lot of life expierences and even tho I am so young I can relate to about 90% of the viewers and that is what makes me happy.
What part of your job do you find the most challenging?
I think it is the unknown. The entertainment business doesn’t really have a rhyme or reason, it is up to the actress/actor to move forward each day and do something for their journey on the daily. It can be hard when people judge you and say “ oh your not there yet.” But anything great in life takes time, and they say 10 years in the making is an over night success.
Are there busy and quiet periods during the year?
The most quiet time for me is usually the summers. I spend a lot of time with my step kids while they are home, we do a lot of family trips. Also, I like to go back to Nh in early fall so I can see my parents.
What’s your favorite quote?
Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be – Doris Day. My grandmother used to tell me this all the times a little girl.
And now about your acting career, what projects you are working on now?
I am working on auditioning a lot more. I recently just got signed with Volition Talent management, I am thrilled to be working with Ami manning. Also- I am creating a few short film ideas and Ill be using it a new acting reel for myself. You have to keep recreating yourself in this business.
What other projects have you been a part of?
I was just published in PUMP fashion magazine as one of their summer beauty’s. That was an exciting project. We photographed 4 different styled looks and they chose all 4 to put into the magazine. Thanks to Barry Druxman for all of his help.
Who is your favorite Actor/Actress? And why?
Jennifer Lawerence, I love all of her movies, she carries such poise in her acting and she is so funny and calm, and cool in her public interviews.
Any advice to new young actors?
Do your research! It is very important to get to know the people or the entertainment schools/agency’s you want to attend, ask for reviews, find out the progress of other students or actors/ performers.
Take criticism construct-fully, don’t let it get you down, use it to build you up. Be patient, and don’t ever give up no matter how long it takes. Usually when opportunity is around the corner is when people turn away so keep going!
How do you stay fit?
I eat pretty well for the most part, lots of home cooked meals. I walk my dogs a lot and now I am currently doing a hard core 3 x per week workout session with a personal fitness trainer. I also like to take Cardio barre classes.

Any type of vegetable. I love a big salad.
And your favorite cheat food?

What would be the dream holiday, and who would you go with?
I would for sure go on a dream holiday with my fiancé Kevin, my 3 step kids, my family. Family is everything to me so a dream holiday vaca to somewhere like Fiji, England, or Scotland would be awesome.
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
Marilyn Monroe. I have a HUGE obsession with her. We have a lot of similarities and I love to impersonate her, she was a very fascinating women and Id love to pick her brain.
Who has made the biggest impact on your life so far, and why?
My parents are obviously a given for me but there are also 2 more that are equally as important.
The first person that comes to mind is my fiancé Kevin. He is the most hardest working person I ever laid eyes on. And I am not just saying that because he is my guy, you can ask anyone that knows kevin about his success and work ethic. It is his strong work ethic that he does every single day, even if he is tired or sick he still gets his work done. He provides well for his family. He has had an extremely successful construction company and he built himself from nothing. Thru the years I have learned from him in many ways but mainly to always try, never give up, and to know your own self worth.
The second person that has taught me success what my great aunt Mary Ann. She had her own limousine business in Boston. The reason why her success means a lot to me is because she taught me to “Reach for the stars Heathyr, the sky is the limit.” That stuck with me for the rest of my life and I believe that is one of the things that brought me to CA and has made me so successful today.
How do you spend your spare time?
SHOPPING – For anything!! Lol but also Mostly Visiting with family and friends, having fun laughing, going to dinners, and concerts, or adventures.
Do you have a role model?
My mother Nancy.
What’s next for Heathyr Frances?
I am doing a full Social Media boost for my Women Empowerment company. I have lots of ideas for in person networking mixers & fun events, an online E book, and even a DAB Fashion line.
Also lots of auditions to get booked as a co-star on a television series. I believe you have to visualize specifics on your goals in order to reach the finish line.
Any advice to women out there?
Dreams, Manifest Goals. Hustle. Adrenaline, Win, & repeat… These words to me describe the epitome of my existence, even though these words can get lost in our crazy busy lives. If we attain these words in our life I do feel like we will always be happy with our self progress. And also, stay true to your real self, no matter what.

What is your idea of a perfect Sunday?
Hanging out with my Fiancé on the couch, watching movies, and laying with our dogs.
Five years from now you will be…?
Starring in a really large feature film and enjoy my family life!
What do you think of Social Media?
I think that SM has it’s ups and downs. the negative because it can create a lot of insecurity’s for people, that compare themselves to others, or may be getting sad that the likes aunt going up on their pages. I think that it is obviously hard for the older generations to keep up and learn the new technology so a lot of people are getting left behind because there really is no training. But lastly, I DO believe that it has its perks as far as keeping us informed about the world as well as helping to build your name or a business. For that I am grateful to have a platform to spread as much knowledge and positivity as I can.
