My book is more of a journal in the sense It’s interactive. The purpose is to have long term results and the best way to do this is be accountable and write down everything you’re doing.
I created a 10 week program where all you need to do is follow along and write down your progress everyday. It also has an exercise video library so you don’t need to rely on a picture in a book to do a move.
