Check out our interview with talented ABC’s “A Million Little Things” actress Lizzy Greene. Lizzy plays ‘Sophie Dixon,’ Jon and Delilah’s (Ron Livingston and Stephanie Szostak) teenage daughter.
ABC’s ensemble drama “A Million Little Things,” from writer DJ Nash, is an hour long drama with comedy elements about a group of friends who, for different reasons and in different ways, all are stuck in their lives. When one of them dies unexpectedly, it’s just the wake-up call the others need to finally start living.
Lizzy’s work can be seen also in Nickelodeon’s “Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn,” Nickelodeon’s TV movie “Tiny Christmas” and guest-starring spots on Nickelodeon’s “The Thundermans” and ABC’s “Damaged Goods.”

Describe yourself in 3 words?
Dedicated, compassionate, and a perfectionist.
How did you get started into acting?
I started in comedic and musical theater and had no intentions of getting involved in TV. I simply loved performing and making people laugh. An agent one day came and saw a production I was in and signed me that night. The third or fourth audition I got was Nicky, Ricky, Dicky, and Dawn and the rest is history.
How has this changed your life?
In every way possible. I’ve gotten to experience such amazing things and gain a “working mindset” at a young age. It’s changed my life in the best ways possible and has helped me see things from a different perspective. I’ve gained a whole new respect for the entertainment industry.
What we can expect in this second season?
Lots of drama of course, but this season is great because we focus on everyone’s individual stories and struggles. We get to see these people experiencing real life decisions and emotions, and then see how it affects others. My character goes through a complete change after her trust is broken by those closest to her and you really get to see her struggle and rebel.
How was working with such a talented cast?
Incredible. They are some of the most charismatic people I have ever met. And they have such amazing work ethics. I learn so much from them and think of them like family. I have such great stories and experiences with each of them and couldn’t imagine our show without any one of them!
What is the most rewarding part of your work?
Getting to meet people that have been inspired or influenced by my work. The most rewarding part is to hear about how something you’ve done has helped someone get through something.
What is your favorite healthy food?
I love healthy food so much pecans, clementines, and cherries are some of my favorites. Brussels sprouts are probably my favorite vegetable. They are amazing.
And your favorite cheat food?
I love baking, so probably chocolate chip cookies.
How would you explain your fashion style?
A roller coaster. Haha! I’m always changing my style, so it’s subject to how I’m feeling that day. I love grunge and I love looking all “business-y” too. I get a lot of inspiration from Pinterest and at the moment I’m really loving blazers and turtlenecks.
How would your best friend describe you?
Probably a risk taker, and someone who has too much energy all the time. Haha!
What is your own definition of happiness?
Self-care and treating yourself when you know you deserve it 🙂
What is your idea of a perfect Sunday?
Going to the library or the art museum, then getting some Boba, then maybe bake something sweet, and finally watching my favorite movie for the 10th time.
Name 3 things you can’t live without?
Turtlenecks
Boba tea
Drawing
How does it feel to be really famous and be recognized on the streets?
Crazy surreal, I’ll still never get fully used to it. It’s so nice to meet people that support me. I love getting to talk to them and thank them for their kindness.
Favorite song? Why?
Pink Matter by Frank Ocean. I play it every morning going into work. It’s my favorite because his vocals are amazing.
What music do you like?
Alternative and R&B.
