Hi Allison, please tell us a little about you?
I am an influencer and entrepreneur. I have my own line of jewellery and at the moment working on a collaboration with a sports brand to start a line together. After four years in London I have returned to Monaco where I am now based but hope to go to New York soon to continue my career.

What’s your background?
I graduated from the International University of Monaco in International Business Studies. I worked in digital marketing for various media companies such as SKY and TED.
When did you start in the business?
I started late 2016 , initially with a friend posting about fashion inspiration and then building my fan base with my personal Instagram account: @allisoro
What book should every entrepreneur read?
DEFINITELY: Good Business by Patrick Gruhn.
Now tell us about your experience as a fashion influencer?
I like to combine expensive taste with more easy to wear clothing, a mix and match of luxury and basics. I worked for major companies such as PIAGET, SUPERDRUG, CASIO, Avene … and was mentioned in various important magazines in France, Ireland, Monaco and US.
What is the feeling of being a popular influencer?
I like to communicate with my fans and when I receive messages such as “you are inspiring me to start my own business” or “you taught me how to be confident” as well as other very sweet messages, I know I am doing a good job and it makes me feel good.
What do you think makes you different and so popular compared to other fashion influencers?
I have my own style and personality, I believe we are all very different and unique in our own way.
What is fun and rewarding about what you do? And what’s not?
It’s rewarding getting to know inspirational people in this industry and it is a lot of fun getting to work with brands that you always loved and getting paid for it!
How is your work with all this lockdown time?
I try to stay positive and concentrate on my work. I actually have more sponsorships since the lockdown because everyone is using the internet to market online.
Now what about your brand Signature Chokers?
I always had a love for Chokers. I think they make an outfit look unique. My chokers can be worn as day or evening wear. They come personalized , and my signature sign is of course the slashes on the letters. I just love them they are so cool and stylish. The production is made in Barcelona and I currently sell them via the instagram account @allisignaturechokers and zyko.shop.com

Chokers are so sexy and feminine – just like I want my looks to be.
What is the key to your success?
“Feed your focus, starve your distractions.” find your talent and make it a success without giving up and believe in yourself always. Do not let anyone tell you that you are not good enough. Know your value.
What do you think is the secret to have a successful Instagram account?
Find your passion and niche. Then create high quality content, and engage with your fan base as much as possible. Always keep it updated.
Who are some of your favorite models and designers, and why?
We all fall in love with people that motivate us in a good way right ? so, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Danielle Bernstein – she is just an example of how much a good work ethic means.
What does fashion mean to you?
Fashion for me is a way of expressing myself. I think that you can easily get an idea of someone’s personality via their fashion look.
How would you explain your fashion style?
Feminine, a mix and match of affordable and luxury.
Who is your biggest beauty inspiration?
Bianca Balti.
What projects are you currently working on?
I am currently working on organizing masterclasses. Myself and 2 other people that are in the same industry are organising courses on how to be an influencer, but also on photography and digital marketing background. So I am busy busy working on PowerPoints and partnerships.
What is your own definition of happiness?
Feeling good about myself, waking up to a job that I love and having the most important people in my life around me to keep on loving me for what I am. I am all about positive vibes.
Something people don’t know about you?
In pictures I look super serious and unapproachable, but in reality I am the funniest and humblest person ever.
What are your makeup bag staples when traveling?
Lip gloss, perfume and eyebrow gel.
What is your favourite healthy food?
I like to make myself smoothies mixed with veggies and fruits. My favourite at the moment is Banana Pancake NO FLOUR, NO MILK. NO SUGAR… just one egg and one banana (mash the banana then mix together with the egg), put some butter in the pan, throw in the mix and voila your pancake !! so delicious and energising before starting sports.
And your favorite cheat food?
Cheese burger from shake shack and anything spicy.
What would be a deal breaker on a first date?
Take me for food!
Which project is still on your bucket list?
Ohhhhh I have so many projects but I cannot speak about them until they are concrete.
What music do you like?
I am into Rbnb and POP pretty much. Chris Brown, Justin Bieber as well as Drake, Tyga, Lil Wayne.
Do you support any charity?
I support charity events mainly yes, recently I supported the Children Cancer and Leukaemia Group based in the UK, which is a leading children’s cancer charity and the UK and Ireland’s professional association for childhood cancer.
What do you like to watch on Tv?
I like to watch documentaries or anything that is based on a true story.
3 things you can’t leave home without?
Bag, Keys, Cellphone.
Idea of a perfect Sunday?
Waking up to good weather, have a nice cup of coffee, meet friends for a nice brunch, stroll in the park and do yoga before dinner.
What do you think of Social Media?
I think Social Media if used properly can be very powerful on this planet. Can change positively the way we behave and also help each other in difficult times such as raising money for a good cause.
