Hi Charlene, please tell us a little about you?
I’m a model, actress and an upcoming comedian.
Describe yourself in 3 words?
Emotional, faithful and focused.
Name one your strengths?
I am very determined and focused. If I want something I dedicate everything to doing it and reaching my goal.I don’t give up. I have faith in myself and my work. I research, study and plan as much as I can to get to the goal I want to reach.
Best advice ever given?
Don’t give up! If you want something go for it! Don’t care what others think. Have faith in yourself and your work and go and get it. Never ever give up, if you want something you can get it.
Who has been the biggest influence on your life?
My mother has been my biggest influence and inspiration. Her faith in herself and how she taught me to be an independent and strong woman is what impacted and inspired me the most.
How and when did you start into modeling?
I started a few years ago because photographers reached out to me for test shoots and the ball just started rolling. Soon after companies started reaching out about modeling and shooting for them.
What is fun and rewarding about modeling? And what is not?
I love expressing different emotions on set. It’s fun to meet new people who love creativity and art as much as I do.
What did you learn from your biggest failure?
Even if failures happened in my life, I learned to never give up. It just made me and my faith stronger.
The most important thing when you are shooting is?
It’s important for me that the photographers take pictures that showcase the art of the picture. Art is always the biggest factor for me. The camera has to catch the art and story of the shot.

Every job has its challenges. One of the challenges may be patience sometimes. Not everything is as easy as it seems but being patient and having faith will help you stay motivated in this industry.
What would say are the greatest lessons you learned so far?
Life. Life itself is a big lesson. Living life with every taste of every stage you could possibly experience is a big lesson. Looking back on bad and good memories teaches everyone a lot and gives you a lot of life experience. It teaches you how to appreciate things more. You can also look back on those moments, where you felt like you broke, but in reality it just made you stronger.
Now tell us about your career as a comedian?
I got into comedy because I loved watching comedians who made me laugh. I started writing my own sets and will perform in the fall. The world is in such a bad stage right now, which is why making people laugh is a gift of God for me. Taking away their worries and letting them escape their worlds even for just a second is the most rewarding gift as an artist.
