Taylor’s bright light of positivity shines through in everything she does whether it’s posing for pictures on a red carpet or presenting new ideas to her favorite charities. Aside from acting, her passion is raising awareness to the needs of those with Down Syndrome. Having a little sister with Down Syndrome has taught Taylor the importance of inclusivity and kindness for those with special needs. Taylor’s ultimate goal is to be a bright light in the world lighting the way for not only her sister, but for those that need a little extra support, love, and kindness.

Describe yourself in 3 words?
In 3 words I would describe myself as confident, creative, and kind.
How did you get started into acting?
I started acting in 2018 after going to the Radio Disney music awards and going to the after party. It was such a cool social event, and I was in total shock that this was people’s career.
How has this changed your life?
The biggest way acting has changed my life is it has helped me find confidence to be myself whether I’m being silly or dramatic.
What is the best and worst part of being an actress?
The best part of be an actress is knowing I can create change and inspire others, but the worst part about being an actress is sometime you can’t connect to a scene and it’s frustrating.
How do you prepare for a role?
The best way I prepare for a role is reading the whole script everyone line even the parts that crossed out and figuring the time, place, relationship, and why everything is happening.
What projects you have been part of?
I’m just getting started… stay tuned.
What kind of roles do you like or would like to play and why?
My dream role to play is a sassy daddy’s rich girl because I feel they are the best stories and they’re also intense and fabulous characters to play.
What is the most rewarding part of your work?
The most rewarding part is knowing I can change, inspire, and educate people.
What’s your advice for the newer actresses?
The best advice I can give a new actresses is do not be afraid to take risks.
What would say are the greatest lessons you learned so far in this business?
The greatest lesson I’ve learned is to not let others bring me down and to be confident in every step you take.
How would your best friend describe you?
I would hope they would say kind, goofy, and if we’re being honest probably a little sassy.
If you are a book, what would be the title of the book and why?
If I were a book I would want my title to be “fix your crown” and have the book be about uplifting other and knowing your self worth because I strongly believe in that.
What book should every entrepreneur read?
I think they should all read “Atlas shrugged” by Ayn Rand a close family friend recommended it and I love it so much.
What’s next for Taylor Fangmann in 2021?
Hopefully 2021 will bring me some super cool project.
What is your favorite healthy food?
My favorite healthy food is chicken Cesar salad it will alway hit the spot for me.
And your favorite cheat food?
My favorite cheat food will always be a perfect golden a little burned s’more.
What is your own definition of happiness?
My definition of happiness is waking up every morning and loving the life I live.
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
I would meet Audrey Hepburn because I love how she change the world and did her own thing.
Best advice ever given?
The best advice ever given to me is loving yourself and trusting your own beauty no matter what society says.
Do you support any charity?
I support Down Syndrome awareness and mental health awareness.
Where do you see yourself and your career in 5 years from now?
I hope in five years I will be a successful actor making change to the world.
Favorite song? Why?
My favorite song is “Thank god for hometowns” by Carrie Underwood because I from a small town and I connect to the song very much.
What do you think of Social Media?
I think social media is a positive and negative place such as bullies for every bad comment you have ten other people uplifting you. Thats what we need to use social media for uplifting each other and bring awareness to cause like Down Syndrome, mental health, and loving and excepting all people.
