Indi is best known for her role as “Kimmie” in Nickelodeon’s Henry Danger and currently Indi can be seen a series regular in the new Brat TV’s series, Charmers.
Formally a member of Kidz Bop USA/Canada where she has toured and performed around the Country, Indi broke out as a solo artist in 2019 and has released 5 original singles to date and has amassed over 2.5M Followers on her social media channels. In 2020, Indi joined popular social media collective Vibe Crew and has also been recognized as part of the popular social media influencer group The Squad collaborating on content with her friends. Indi is extremely active on her Youtube Channel where she posts weekly videos showcasing her bubbly and upbeat personality with videos surrounding fun challenges, funny reactions, and fan favorite pranks!

Hi Indi, please tell us a little about you?
Hiiii! I’m Indi Star and I am a singer, actress, dancer, and model. I am originally from Boston MA, but I moved to Los Angeles with my family about 7 years ago to pursue my dreams!
Best advice ever given?
Some of the best advice I have ever been given is to be true to myself. Social media can be an unforgiving place and one of the best ways to navigate it is to be true to who you are.
What did you learn from your biggest failure?
As a singer, actress and entertainer, there are definitely times when I have to deal with rejection. It was a struggle to deal with at first, but I quickly learned that rejection and failure are a part of the business. No one ever books everything that they audition for!
Now who influenced you and why did you choose to make music?
I have a lot of influences on my music. There are so many different artists that I love. My taste ranges from Melanie Martinez to Harry Styles to One Direction to classic and new Hip Hop!
Do you ever get nervous?
I do still get nervous but less as time goes on. I love performing and I do best when I am prepared and ready. It is still hard to just sing in front of people but if I am performing, I love it!
Tell us about your new singles “Afterglow,” and “Exposed?”
“Afterglow” and “Exposed” are my two newest singles and I feel they are my step into a new, more mature sound. Both songs are about relationships and navigating those emotions and feelings. I am very proud of both of these songs, and I have so much more music coming out!
Tell us about your work on Brat TV’s series “Charmers.”
I absolutely loved working on “Charmers!” I played the mean girl, Paris, and it was so much fun but also a challenge. I am hoping there will be a season 2!
What kind of roles do you like or would like to play and why?
I like playing roles that give me a challenge and offer differences from who I am in my real life!
When did you start dancing?
I have been dancing since I was three years old. Dancing was my first step into the entertainment industry.
Did you take dancing classes?
I have trained in dance for the past 12 years. I have trained in ballet, modern, jazz, contemporary, hip hop and so much more!
Any advice for aspiring dancers?
Routines are fun but the core training is so important! Take time to work on your form, movement, flexibility, and agility and those skills will show in your routines!
What do you love most about dancing?
I love connecting my dancing to my music and acting out my feelings. I really love music videos because I combine all 3 of my passions – singing, dancing, and acting!
What type of dance do you like best?
My favorite dance style is probably contemporary and modern. I feel both of those styles allow me to tell my stories and connect with my emotions.
As a popular influencer, you are followed by so many people. How do you feel about that pressure of doing always the right thing, and encourage people to follow their dreams?
There is a lot of pressure. I am at the age where a lot of my followers are younger than me and I do not take that responsibility lightly. I love my galaxy and I really appreciate the support that they not only give me but also give each other.
What’s next for Indi Star in 2021?
I should have one more song releasing this year and I am working on so much more music to come. I am also hoping to do more acting for “Charmers” and to start taking my modeling to the next level.
Now talking about Instagram, can you share some tips for keeping your account interesting?
It is hard sometimes! Certain posts do so much better than others and it can be hard to figure out why! Most of my Instagram posts are fashion, music, events I attend, interacting with the stars in my galaxy, and just hanging with my friends!
What is your favorite healthy food?
I love so many different foods! I am a pretty healthy eater, and my favorite healthy food is probably salad because there are so many different ways you can make a salad!
And your favorite cheat food?
I do love macaroni and cheese!
How would you explain your fashion style and what items in your closet can you not be without?
A lot of people say I have an Indie fashion style which works because my name is Indi! I love jeans, crop tops, t-shirts, and hoodies!
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
My two musical idols are Melanie Martinez and Harry Styles. They make amazing music, and they also have an amazing and artistic vibe! I would love to meet them both!
What would be the dream holiday, and who would you go with?
I would love to go to Ireland! I have actually been to the Ireland airport a few different times but only for connecting flights to other countries. I have never actually been outside the airport to see the country, but it looks so beautiful!
What do you like to watch on Tv?
I have recently been binging Gilmore Girls and Lucifer!
3 things you can’t leave home without?
My phone, lip gloss, and a small journal.

Holiday Destination: I love beach vacations, but I really want to go to Ireland and Japan!
