Hi Bee, please tell us a little about you?
Hello! My name is Bee from @hellobarbee. I am a Fashion Model and Influencer based in Southern California. I have been modeling for numerous years and have grown through all my experiences. Modeling exudes confidence, and I love that I’ve been able to use it to inspire younger girls to love and embrace themselves, regardless of their shape, color, or size. In addition to modeling, I am a Real Estate Professional and am pursuing my Master’s Degree as I wrap up Graduate School. I am blessed to have learned so much and become who I am with the support of my family and loved ones.
As a popular model and influencer you are followed by so many people. How do you feel about that pressure of doing always the right thing, and encourage people to follow their dreams?
Simply put, be yourself. Be your authentic, unapologetic self. Portray your principles that motivate you to be a better person and how you can use that to inspire and encourage those around you.
When entering a new modeling gig, describe how you build relationships with the creative team or your fellow models.
Because I am a people person, interacting with others has never been a problem for me. I’m always smiling, being upbeat, and bringing a positive attitude to any situation — especially on set. I enjoy learning about my creative team and how they function so that we can all work together to make the shoot a success.
Name one of your strengths.
My faith. I wouldn’t be where I am now if it weren’t for God.
You are a lady with Class, Intelligence and Beauty – how do you balance all that you do?
I have always been a firm believer to strive to be the best version of yourself – to be as wholesome as possible. I love being educated and knowledgeable – that to me screams confidence. Having a kind heart is what makes someone beautiful because it far more deeper than the surface. Knowing and keeping true to your morals and values can allow you to discover more about yourself and elevate your charisma and character to new heights. That’s the secret!
How would you explain your Fashion Style?
Empowering. I love coordinating two-piece sets — I am always wearing a matching suit and I think it is safe to say I have every color in a two-piece suit. I like having a style that is different than most girls — to stay modest, classy and sexy all the same time.
It is truly inspiring that you manage to be present with your family, stay in shape and go about your normal-day activities with a schedule like yours. Do you get overwhelmed?
I have amazing people in my life that support me. I love staying productive with my time and making the best of everything. Life moves on, make it count, but I strive to prioritize a healthy balance at all times.
