Determined, kind, brave
Who has made the biggest impact on your life so far, and why?
Definitely my parents alongside my musical teachers from piano, singing, acting and dancing. Growing up I was always surrounded by music wether it was at home or playing piano from the age of five, singing in a choir, playing the violin in an orchestra, performing in various musicals and dancing ballet from the age of three. The desire of pursuing a music career manifested early on and came natural. It feels like it was inevitable for me loving music so much.
Who influenced you and why did you choose to make music?
My father was a music producer in Kosovo, so I was pretty much brought up into the world of music. He organized events and concerts, which I was able to experience early on. Also my musical heroes like Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Beyonce, David Bowie, Queen and Pink are the ones I really loved to listen to as a kid and still listen to. Music has always been the center of my life and writing about my feelings and experiences is such an important outlet for me, it allows me to connect with people on a deeper level.
Tell us about your single “You & Me?”
It’s a love song about love really. It’s about a connection to a person that’s so radiant and so positive that it makes you feel alive and like everything is possible. This can be found in a lover, in a friend or someone you meet for the first time. On another note it’s also sort of an invitation to whomever wants to tag along on this musical journey with me.
It’s my first single of many more to come. And I wanted to start my musical journey with a special song that is happy and uplifting with a beautiful melody and a catchy chorus. So it stays with you and hopefully lights up your day.
What are 3 things you can’t live without?

Best advice ever given?
Work hard and believe in yourself.
Idea of a perfect Sunday?
A perfect Sunday is spent with family and friends, just people I enjoy hanging out with. Either cozying up at home with lots of laughter, good food, music and telling each other stories about recent events or sharing old memories. Or taking long walks in nature and recharging the batteries. Either way trying to relax.
How would you describe your fashion style?
playful, chic, casual
What is your own definition of happiness?
To me, happiness means doing the things I love most, surrounded by the people I love most. In my case it is singing. So when I’m in my element and connecting with people through music and my voice, I’m at my happiest.
