Olivia Pascale – Liv, @oliviapw is a full time influencer, blogger, and content creator based in Miami. She started her career as a model and commercial actress and grew her platforms to become a full-time influencer. She is Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Mood the Agency, a digital creative agency that focuses on content creation, social media management, and Influencer campaigns. As well as Co-Host of a female entrepreneur and women in business podcast, Whiskey and Water Podcast. She has worked with brands like Chanel, Ulta, Sketchers, Guess, Bebe, Marriot Bonvoy, Universal, Revolve Princess Polly and so many more. In her free time, she is probably reading, doing yoga, taking her fur-baby Ellie to the beach, or planning her 2023 wedding with her fiance, Tyler!
Jessica Martin – Jess, @thejessicaexperience is a full time influencer based in Miami. She also started her career as a model and leveraged her platforms to turn them into her full-time job. She is Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Mood the Agency, as well as Co-Host of Whiskey and Water Podcast. She has worked with brands like The Bahamas Tourism Board, Bloomingdales, Revolve, GLossier, Guess, Lulus, Celsius, Bebe, and so many more! In her free time, you can find her at the gym out-lifting everyone there, doing a beach work-out, watching Vampire Diaries for the 7th time, or hanging with her dog, Nugget.
Anna McKitrick – Anna, @annathingbutanimals is an influencer’s assistant to Jess and Liv and a micro influencer based all over the world. She works remotely and travels full time as a digital nomad. Recently, she has worked from New York, Miami, Mexico City, Italy, and Guatemala. She also runs vegan food tours in other countries. Fun fact: she used to be an actor and you can find her in The Little Things with Denzel Washington.

Hi Girls! Please tell us a little about you?
We’re Jess, Liv, and Anna! Jess + Liv have been influencers for about 6 years and Anna was their assistant turned co founder of Socially Ambitious. Jess and Liv are lifestyle influencers and Anna has a focus on vegan food and travel. She also hosts fully vegan group travel tours!
Describe yourselves in 3 words?
Organized, creative, and hardworking.
Name one your strengths?
We really really care and put a lot of time, effort, and energy into the work we do.
Best advice ever given?
“Do it scared”. It’s really never going to feel like the right time or the right moment or just 100% there. Learn to dive through the fear and do it anyway.
Who has been the biggest influence on your life?
At the moment, probably each other. There’s no way we could have done this without each other. We’ve really kept each other motivated and accountable and we are all there for each other when one person has doubts to help each other work through it and push each other forward.
How and when did you first start The Influencer’s Assistant Course?
(Jess and Liv) The idea has been in our head for a long time. We desperately needed a good assistant and we saw so many of our influencer friends struggle to find help.
Whenever we would post about an open assistant position, we would get hundreds and hundreds of applications only to have no qualified candidates. We realized there were so many young women who wanted the job but just didn’t have the skillset. And, so many influencers who needed help.
When we found Anna, it was just the perfect skill set and the idea dawned on us. We had our first meeting about it in July 2022 and then by October we were filming and by January 23 it was launched!
What is fun and rewarding about being an Influencer’s Assistant? And what is not?
(Anna) I absolutely love being an influencer’s assistant. It’s super interesting to negotiate brand deals and learn about the social media space. It’s fun to edit videos and create shot lists. Overall, I love it. Most of the jobs are also remote so I get to travel full time. The only negative I guess is it’s still a job. Like, you have to do it, you have to care, you have to stay on top of things, you have to be organized.
The most important thing when you are planning an Influencers schedule is?
(Anna) Setting boundaries in advance. Your job is to make an influencer’s life easier, not harder. Which won’t be the case if you’re constantly asking questions. Of course, you can ask any questions you don’t know/can’t find the answer to but the majority should be known/set in advance. For example, I know that Liv is allergic to alcohol so she doesn’t work with any liquor brands. Jess is really into fitness so I pitch her on a lot of fitness apparel brands. Knowing their boundaries in advance makes your job and their lives easier.
What’s your advice for the newcomers in the influencers assistant industry?
To take our course! There’s literally nothing else like it on the market and it will set you sooo ahead of the game when applying to jobs. You’ll get all the skills you need and it even includes a facebook group where we post job listings from influencers looking for assistants.
In five years from now, where do you see yourself and your career?
We’d love to grow socially ambitious to the point where we help so many people in all areas of social media grow a profitable business. Our immediate goal is to create a mini course for influencers to set their rates and a course on influencers who want to grow their business and hire out. We’d love to be a one stop resource for anyone who wants to create a profitable career in the social media space.

Who is your biggest career inspiration?
We really look up to both Christina Galbato & Mya Nichol, who both are course creators themselves. They selflessly share an abundance of knowledge that’s been imperative to avoiding mistakes in our course creation.
