Check out our interview with stunning Australian actress, singer, and dancer Belle Procida who has made it her mission to come to the US and make a name for herself. Belle is best known for starring in the Australian Nickelodeon series Rock Island Mysteries as Faith, as well as her roles in Darby and Joan, Life of Jess, Swinging Safari, Chuckles, and Flickers, as well as starring in a few Broadway shows in Australia where she sang and danced her way to stardom.
In addition to her acting career, Belle created a swimwear line called IsolaSwim which grew popular in Australia. In addition to her multitude of talent, Procida has an ever-increasing following on social media (over 1M to date) who are eager to soak up her fashion and health tips, follow her journey to breaking into the US marketplace and love her charming personality.

Hi Belle, please tell us a little about you?
I am 22, and I was born and raised in Australia. I adore music more than anything, and my passion for this comes from a very early age. I grew up creating music, whether writing music or making funny film clips with my sister. I have always been very creative, so I’m lucky to have a job that allows me to express myself and follow my dreams.
Describe yourself in 3 words?
Passionate, creative, intuitive.
How did you get started into acting?
I always did theatre at school growing up, and when I was 15, I begged my mum to let me start classes, and finally, she did. When I started these classes, the coaches introduced me to agents, and it all happened from there.
How has this changed your life?
This has changed my life because I have done some amazing acting gigs and have had the opportunity to do influencing full-time as a result. A couple of years ago, I posted a video of me acting on TikTok, which blew up and inspired me to post more on social media, which is how it became my job.
What is the best and worst part of being an actress?
To be honest, there’s not one thing I could pinpoint as the best part of being an actress, as I adore all aspects. I love everything from the early mornings, the people you meet, and being on set. I love it all. If I had to choose a part that was necessarily bad, it would be the waiting period to see if you’ve been casted for the role after an audition.
How do you prepare for a role?
It depends on the role, but if I’m lucky enough to get the whole script, I will always read that and get a feel for all of the characters & storyline. After this, I start to pull apart the audition scenes, understand my character, and visualize a version of them in my head.
Tell us about your work as Faith in the Australian Nickelodeon series “Rock Island Mysteries?”
Faith was an enjoyable role; I loved that I also got to film in my hometown. The whole team was beautiful, and this was my first role, so everything about being there and on set was so exciting.
And about your roles in popular shows like “Darby and Joan”?
I loved playing Polly in Darby and Joan; it was so different to most roles I auditioned for. I was playing an undercover cop, which was fantastic to play such a fun role at a young age.
How challenging are the castings in Australia for projects like this?
People think you are just handed opportunities, but you must work hard to get where you want to be. Being in this industry comes with rejection, and you have to learn that it is only going to make you a more talented actor.
What other projects have you been part of?
Not only have I been apart of a lot of exciting acting projects, I have been involved in a lot of projects to do with social media. I was so blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of my very own collection with Sammy Robinson and then later on last year I had another collection with Tiger Mist.
What kind of roles do you like or would like to play and why?
My absolute dream role would be to play James Bond’s wife, or even his daughter, if they created a movie to do with her storyline. I grew up watching all the 007 films with my dad, so it’s a role I’ve always loved the idea of playing.
If you weren’t acting, what would you be up to right now?
If I wasn’t acting or doing social media, another career I would love would be being a musician. I already love singing and making music so I couldn’t think of anything more perfect.
Which fictional character would be the most exciting to meet in real life?
This is kind of random and somewhat embarrassing but the first person that popped into my head was Mr. bean.
Can you name 3 actors/actresses you would love to work with?
I am so obsessed with Julia Roberts, I love everything she does and her energy so out of everyone she stands out to me the most.
What is the most rewarding part of your work?
I would probably say the freedom that comes along with it, and also the travel part really excites me. As well as this connecting with the people behind the brands and meeting creative people is really notable to me.
As a popular actress, entrepreneur and influencer you are followed by so many people. How do you feel about that pressure of doing always the right thing, and encourage people to follow their dreams?
I’m pretty translucent with my followers so I never feel pressure of doing the right thing as we are all one big family that support each other.
What book should every entrepreneur read?
How to win friends and influence people, green lights and rich dad poor dad.
What would say are the greatest lessons you learned so far in this business?
Start before you are ready, nothing will ever be perfect and perfection is the killer of success.
How would your best friend describe you?
I wasn’t sure so I asked her;
Bella is the most hard-working girl I have ever come across. I’m so grateful to have her in my life because she is one of those people you hang out with, you leave and feel more inspired than you have ever felt in your life. She is everyone’s number one supporter and wants nothing but the best for people. She truly deserves nothing but the best because she has worked so hard to get where she is today and that’s only the start of what’s to come for her long career.

What is your favorite healthy food?
I absolutely love cooking so it was hard to choose a favourite but I must say my home cooked garlic butter salmon and crispy broccolini is my go-to.
And your favorite cheat food?
I am a sucker for KFC. It’s my favourite for when I’m wanting a cheeky little treat.
What is your own definition of happiness?
Happiness for me is being around my family and friends and following my dreams and passions.
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
Julia Roberts 100%. All of the movies she has done are my dream roles. I love everything about her and all of the energy she radiates.
Best advice ever given?
If things keep coming up repeatedly and your not learning from them, life will ram them down your throat.
Where do you see yourself and your career in 5 years from now?
- Playing a role that I love
- Still travelling the world + living overseas
- Putting my music out there
What is your favorite song to belt out in the car/for karaoke?
My favourite song to belt out to would definitely have to be If I Ain’t Got You by Alicia Keys or Unfaithful by Rhianna. They are crowd pleases for sure.

- Everyone relies on it for work
- It’s so important for jobs and money these days
- Everyone has a phone so it’s important to harness the amazing ways you can use it
