Hi Moe, describe yourself in 3 words?
Inquisitive, movies, nutella.
How did you get started into acting?
I have always been very passionate about movies and tv shows, one day while I was working at Best Buy I met one of my favorite actors. Orlando Jones. I remember telling him I loved acting but it was impossible to achieve he said “don’t say that dude, I’m standing in front of you. I’m possible.” That same summer I moved to Vancouver and pursued my goal to become an actor.
How has this changed your life?
It has been an absolute joy ride. Ive been able to travel the world and have the best experiences.
What is the best and worst part of being an actor?
The best is to work and discover new things. The worst is not having much structure once you’re not working anymore.
How do you prepare for a role?
Preparing for a role is probably the most fun part of the journey. Especially if the character has a skill you have to learn. Reading and re-reading the scripts multiple times is the best way to get ready.
Tell us about your work in super popular Apple TV+ series “Ted Lasso?”
Working in London is one of the most fun parts of the job. I feel extremely fortunate to be part of such an amazing show.
How did you got the role and how challenging was the casting?
Casting was tough because we all had to have football experience which I didn’t have so I always felt like I had a chip on my shoulder. I got a football coach to coach me as much as possible so I could be on par with my castmates.
What other projects you have been part of?
Being from Montreal and being able to have an American accent was a huge plus for my career. It got me to book roles in major movies such as X-Men Days of Future Past. Race. Death Wish and many more.
What kind of roles do you like or would like to play and why?
I love characters that have grit. The darker the character’s arc the better for me.
If you weren’t acting, what would you be up to right now?
I probably be a writer for movies or tv shows.
Which fictional character would be the most exciting to meet in real life?
I’d love to get in a fight with the predator and see if I’m as good as Dutch (Arnold Schwarzenegger)
Can you name 3 actors/actresses you would love to work with?
I’d love to work with Tom Cruise, Leonardo DiCaprio and Florence Pugh
What is the most rewarding part of your work?
Going home and feeling completely depleted knowing you gave everything you got to the work.
What’s your advice for the newer actors?
Go to SCHOOL!
What would say are the greatest lessons you learned so far in this business?
You will never finish learning new things about yourself. Being an honorable and genuinely good person will get you far.
How would your best friend describe you?
As a child.
If you are a book, what would be the title of the book and why?
Here are all the ways not to do things.
What advice would you give to your younger self and why?
Keep pushing and stop dressing like a clown.
What book should every entrepreneur read?
If you find out let me know.
What’s next for Moe Jeudy-Lamour in 2023?
Hopefully lots of happiness and laughter.
What is your favorite healthy food?
Popcorn at the movie theater. It’s not healthy but it’s the healthier choice in a movie theater.
And your favorite cheat food?
Twizzlers in your popcorn. Try it. You’ll thank me later.
What is your own definition of happiness?
Being at one with yourself in any given circumstances.
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
I’d love to meet Muhammed Ali at his prime. I think he is one of the most underrated poets.
Best advice ever given?
Listen.

5 years from now on a Tuesday afternoon I’ll be leaving set to go to my loving family.
What is you favorite song to belt out in the car/for karaoke?
