In addition to TikTok, she has amassed 1.6+ million Instagram followers and almost a half a million followers on YouTube.
Celina’s entrepreneurial spirit has turned her obsession for the paranormal world into a variety of successful ventures. She has authored three best-selling supernatural books, hosts her weekly podcast “The Haunted Estate” and created an in-demand make-up and beauty line, BeautyXBoo.
A long-time expert on the paranormal world, she has written three best-selling fiction books, “The Home Reader,” “the Haunting of Clandestine House,” and “Blackwick Falls: The Marked Witch.” Her new book Hollow will be released later in Fall 2021. As a self-published author, Celina has sold more than 100,000 highly-ranked books on Amazon.
On her podcast, “The Haunted Estate,” Celina discusses a range of topics from haunted hotels to Halloween murders with an eclectic mix of guests. Celina also shares her writing with the podcast audience, from acting out short stories to reading from her books. Celina’s passion for makeup and beauty products led her to start her own limited edition line called BeautyXBoo. Please tell us a little about you?
Hey! My name is Celina and I go by Celina Spookyboo online. I like to make comedy and inspirational content. I am a Canadian with a big heart and a love for all things spooky. I have written 4 paranormal books and I also own by own beauty brand called BeautyXBoo.

Kind Funny Spooky
How did you get started into the business?
I saw some big influencers around me creating things, and thought “hey, I can do that too!” It took so much research and planning, but in the end it was so worth it.
How has this changed your life?
It changed in every way possible. I spent a very long time sad before all of this. After finding all these friends around the world, it gave me purpose to know I was helping them smile too.
Tell us about your work as an author and about your three supernatural books?
I love to write, and I don’t do it in a typical fashion. I am either all in, or I forgot about it for days! I have written about my own experiences to haunted houses and witches. My newest book that’s unreleased is about vampires.
When can we expect a new book?
This year! My new book “Hollow” is going to have a release date soon!

Where or when did you find the love for this?
I have loved to write ever since I was a kid. I used to write these fake chapter books and hide them in trees for people to find.
Now let’s talk about being an Influencer. Can you share a few tips for influencers during this covid/pandemic times?
Just don’t give up, people like to see consistency before they hit that follow button. It can feel like an uphill battle, but if you keep working hard you WILL get somewhere
What do you think is the secret to having a successful site/social media channels?
Knowing your followers is key. Pay attention to things you audience likes and dislikes. Study your analytics and see your best demographic and posting times.
What mindsets helped make you so successful?
I believe in the secret and manifesting whole heartedly
How do you feel about that pressure of always doing the right thing, and encourage people to follow their dreams?
I believe in the golden rule to treat others are you want to be treated. I like to think of my followers as my friends. That is why I keep it so real. I want them to be feel like they’re my bestie even though it is through a screen. It’s all about a balance of respect.
What would you say are the greatest lessons you learned so far?
Strangers will be your biggest supporters. Anything is possible …. hard work pays off.
Any advice to entrepreneurs out there?
Take that chance. You miss 100% of the chances that you don’t take. Don’t talk about it DO IT.
Tell us about your cosmetic line?
I wanted to create BeautyXBoo because makeup has always been my life and a real obsession. I have been able curate and formulate some of the most beautiful shades I have ever seen. Being able to tell a story through a palette of eyeshadows has been more magical than I ever thought. This Halloween I created a kit called “BITE ME” to follow my books vampire theme. The kit includes a palette, lip gloss, highlighter, lashes and a super cool makeup bag.
What is the most rewarding part of your work?
Honestly, the smiles. My Instagram message request folder is full of messages from people telling me I made the hard parts of their lives a bit easier.
How would you explain your fashion style?
I would say a bit eccentric, some would say, too much black lol.
How would your best friend describe you?
Well, I am married to him so let me ask, he said “over the top in the most beautiful way!”
What’s next for Celina Myers in 2021?
It’s crazy that this year is coming to an end! First we have the makeup launch! Then the book! And then new merchandise! I am super excited.
How is a normal day in your life?
Busy busy busy, who sleeps now a days anyways? it is beautiful and chaotic. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
What is your idea of a perfect Sunday?
Sunday FUNdays!
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
I would want to meet my grandpa, my mom’s dad. He passed the year before I was born. My mom tells the best stories about him. I miss him and I have never even met him.
Best advice ever given?
Be yourself, don’t worry about what others think, honestly they are probably not even thinking about you. Keep your head down and work on yourself always.
Do you support any charity?
We have coordinated a “fill the hearse with love” a few times! Last Christmas we filled my hearse with toys for a toy drive, and the year before that we filled the hearse 4 times with backpacks filled with supplies for people living on the street.
Name 3 things you can’t live without?
My family – my pets (we have a house filled with dogs and birds) – my team!
Where do you see yourself and your career in 5 years from now?
We all hope we keep growing. I would love to be a staple in more people’s lives. I want to always be someone my followers can trust. I’d kill for my book to be on best-selling lists and one day I really hope my YouTube channel pops off.
Favorite song? Why?
Boats and Birds by Gregory and the Hawk. It’s been my favorite songs since I was 14. If you take time to listen I think anyone will get it.
