I seek constant self improvement and growth.
Best advice ever given?
Don’t ever compare yourself to others. So basic but when you focus on yourself the most, you can grow the most without any distractions. That’s why use your social media consciously.
Who has been the biggest influence on your life?
My mom. She is the most gentle loving and wise women.
How and when did you start into modeling?
I got into modeling 4 years ago. I worked as a model for 3 years in NYC and LA but now I left the industry and focusing on building my social media presence as an influencer and studying next year.
What is fun and rewarding about modeling? And what is not?
Modeling is very interesting because it allows you to “play” a role. You always try different roles, outfits, moods. It’s important to differentiate that from your real self.
What did you learn from your biggest failure?
The biggest lesson was that no failure kills you. Every time you fall and it hurts you stand up and become stronger. Never ever give up because of the failure.
The most important thing when you are shooting is?
To have the right energy. Be relaxed and trust the process and the team. It should be easy “flow like water” – Bruce Lee.
What’s your advice for the newer models and influencers?
Find your niche. If you try to repeat what others do then you will be one of so many. Do what you want to do and how you want to do it. It’s the hardest thing to do but exactly what makes you successful.
What would you say are the greatest lessons you learned so far in this business?
Don’t be mean to people and other girls. Be kind. Kindness will bring you the jobs, amazing contacts and joy. When you are mean to people they don’t want to work with you again.
What do you think is the secret to having a successful IG account?
Being consistent and creative with the content you do. Always try to find something interesting to show to people. You do Instagram not for yourself but for other people. So it’s not what’s interesting for you, it’s what would be interesting to watch for your audience?

What actor/actress/model do you admire the most, and why?
Natalie Portman, Angelina Jolie. They are my role models because they always knew what they wanted and never lost their focused. They are classy and very feminine but very strong inside at the same time.
What’s next for Nastya Swan in 2023?
I want to launch my online wellness platform. I want to grow my social media platforms and build stronger community of wonderful women
I want to apply to the university for dietitian.
Which project is still on your bucket list?
I want to shoot advertisement for Dior Beauty.
In five years from now, where do you see yourself and your career?
I would love to be a certified dietitian and work with clients helping them become the healthiest version of themselves. I would love to get more into acting and tv commercials
What is your favorite healthy food?
Avocado toast and eggs:)
Overnight oats.
And your favorite cheat food?
Chocolate ice cream

What is your own definition of happiness?
Peace and balance inside. When you are balanced from the inside you are truly happy alone and with people around you.
How would your best friend describe you?
Crazy, positive, spontaneous, ambitious
Who is your biggest beauty inspiration?
Gisele Bundchen I love her natural beauty and appreciation for nature.
How would you explain your fashion style and what items in your closet can you not be without?
I can be very different depending on the mood. Sometimes I like to be tomboyish, sometimes I love being feminine and sexy. I can’t imagine my closet without a classic black bodycon dress, comfortable heels, great fitting leather jacket, great stylish well fitted jeans.
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
I would love to meet Gisele Bundchen, she is my inspiration. I admire her mindset and work ethic. Also Angelina Jolie.
What would be the dream holiday, and who would you go with?
My dream holiday would be Hawaii, Maldives or St Barths. I love warm climates for holidays. Beach, sun and warm weather always makes me happy.
What do you like to watch on Tv?
I rarely watch TV. I love watching YouTube self development videos, spiritual guidance videos, meditations and interviews.
What music do you like?
I absolutely love deep house and techno music, when I workout I love listening to rap. And also love hip hop to just dance and chill.
