Hi Susanlee, please tell us a little about you?
Hello! I am a model as well as art photographer. My father is from Germany and my mom is Korea so I am a mix. I am a international model published in Playboy, Maxim, GQ, Vogue and Fhm. My photography has been in print as well as vogue.it.
Describe yourself in 3 words?
I would say artistic, creative and enthusiastic.
Who has been the biggest influence on your life?
I would say my parents are everything to me. They have always been there for me.
When you were a kid what did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was a child i wanted to be a ballet dancer, but I am a horrible dancer I don’t have what it takes lol.
What did you learn from your biggest failure? (if any)
My biggest failure would be not making a ballet company in the end I realized it was a lesson well taught that you can always try for your dreams.
What is your own definition of happiness?
I would say a happy family and the most important part happiness in yourself.
How and when did you start into modeling?
I started modeling when a scout picked me up at age 12.
What is the biggest highlight of your career so far?
I would have to say getting into these amazing publications such as Maxim.
What is your favorite healthy food?
I love watermelon.
And your favorite cheat food?
Would have to be McDonald’s big mac.
What magazines have you been in over the course of your career?
I have been published many times in Playboy, Maxim, GQ, Vogue It. and Fhm.
And which magazine or project is still on your bucket list?
I would love to do Esquire.
In five years from now, where do you see yourself and your career?
I see myself building my art photography career.
Who is your biggest beauty inspiration?
I would say Audery Hepburn.
Who are some of your favorite models and designers, and why?
My favorite would have to be Louis Vuttion. Such an inspiration and iconic.
How would you describe your fashion style?
My style is very different goes from high fashion to Hollister.
What are your makeup bag staples when traveling?
I love Estee Lauder.
What is fun and rewarding about modeling? And what is not?
I get to act in front of a camera. What is not is when you work with someone you can be difficult.
What’s your advice for the newer models?
I would say always learn how to act.
What music do you like?
I love classical music such as Beethoven.
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
I would love to meet Beethoven. Just his music is so beautiful and he’s a genius.
Something people don’t know about you?
Many people don’t know I used to be a classical singer.
What would be a deal breaker on a first date?
I would have to say when they look at their phone is a huge one for me.
Do you support any charity?
Yes I support the ALS and cancer charities.
3 things you can’t leave home without?
I don’t leave without keys, shoes and wipes lol
Idea of a perfect Sunday?
Would be swimming.
What do you think of Social Media as you are a huge influencer in this category?
Social media runs people lives these days.
