Dr. Sheila Nazarian is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with a private practice in Beverly Hills/TV Personality (show releasing spring 2020), and on- air expert. She has a Masters in Medical Management degree from the Marshall School of Business at USC. She also serves as Assistant Professor in Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Southern California.
She is the founder of Nazarian Plastic Surgery, Spa26, The Skin Spot e-commerce site, and the Nazarian Institute where she brings thought leaders to teach business owners in the luxury space to Think BIG – Branding, Innovation, Growth.
She is married to a neurosurgeon, Dr. Fardad Mobin, has three children. She also enjoys being an influencer in the digital space.

Who is your biggest supporter?
My husband.
How did you get started in the industry?
I went through years and years of school and gave up my 20s to the hospital and training.
Best advice you have followed?
Don’t care about the opinions of people who would rather see you fail than succeed.
Tell us about your work as a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon?
I have a very well-rounded practice built on natural results. We cover skincare, lasers, minimally invasive procedures, and surgery. Our goal is to always put patient safety first which includes making sure a patient is mentally ready.

Can you share with our readers some tips for a flawless face?
Get expert advice and use medical-grade skincare that only a doctor would be able to dispense. Everything else is a waste of time and money… even if your favorite influencer says the opposite.
How’s your business affected with this lockdown? Are you doing any online consultations?
I am doing online consultations and have really been pivoting and nurturing my ecommerse site: TheSkinSpot.com We have seen 700% growth.
What part of your work do you find the most challenging?
Making sure my employees are happy and taken care of is the most challenging. At the same time, I have no problems letting people go if they lose their spirit of team work and professionalism.
What do you wish you knew before you started your first business?
Hire slow, fire fast. Say no to patients who are not capable of happiness.
What is your favorite healthy food?
Salmon.
And your favorite cheat food?
Welches Fruit Snacks or apple pie.
How would you explain your fashion style?
Edgy and classic.
How would your best friend describe you?
Super woman.
What’s next for Dr.Sheila Nazarian in 2020?
I have my own show coming out.
What is your own definition of happiness?
Growth and productivity are my happy place.
How is a normal day in your life?
I wake up, check IG, take the kids to school, get coffee x 2, go to work/surgery, come home, eat dinner, sleep.
What is your idea of a perfect Sunday?
Doing some at-home microneedling (see my Instagram stories), going for a walk to the Bel Air hotel, vacuuming.
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
I think everyone is normal and extraordinary at the same time. I learn new things from everyone. There isn’t one person I would want to meet. I take every meeting as a growth moment.

Where do you see yourself and your career in 5 years from now?
I will be involved in many opportunities outside of medicine. Taking much more voluntary quarantine time.

I have so many. Hard to pick one.

All types. Maybe not every classical song but some.
