KG Crown (Kiera Grace) is an American singer, songwriter, actress and model. She began her career at the age of 4 with Ford Models, appearing in numerous advertisements and magazines worldwide. At the age of 7, Kiera formed the sibling band Good Kicks with her three brothers, Jake Ryan, Joseph Dean, and B-Rex. They worked alongside grammy-winning songwriters and producers in Nashville, TN, selling music to 18,000 churches and landing an opportunity with Nickelodeon. At the age of 12, Kiera left the band for a solo career as a secular pop artist, following in the likes of Halsey, Camila Cabello, and Taylor Swift.
Today, Kiera can be seen as the face and model of many brands. She continues to pursue an acting career in Los Angeles and NYC, with a passion for television and musical theater. Kiera Grace is a performer at heart.

Hi KG, please tell us a little about you?
I am 13 years old and I am a singer, model, and actress. I love fashion, makeup, singing, songwriting, and performing.

Confident, Ambitious, Nice
We’re sure you have been asked this million times but how did you get in the industry?
I got into the industry at age 4 when I modeled with Ford Models. Then when I was 7 years old, I started a band with my three older brothers. I was lead singer in that band for 5 years. Our band played various small gigs including coffee shops, churches, and schools. And just a year ago, my brothers wanted to pursue other interests, so I decided to launch a solo career as a secular pop artist. I really wanted to continue making music, act, and entertain people. I am a performer at heart.
Describe your sound in 3 words?
Energetic, Pop, Fun
Who influenced you and why did you choose to make music?
I have always wanted to make music. It’s been my dream ever since I was 7 years old. There are a lot of people and artists that inspire me. I’m a huge fan of Billie Eilish. But, I try not to compare myself to other artists, because I just want to be me. I want to be original and make music that I love and hopefully other people will love it too.
Do you play any instrument?
Yes, I play piano and guitar.
Do you ever get nervous?
Of course I get nervous. I think getting nervous is natural and normal. But it’s what you do with that nervous energy that matters. I try to use it to make me a better performer rather than letting nerves get the best of me.
Tell us about your hit single “Paradise?”
“Paradise” is a song about being young, having fun, and living in the moment. It’s really energetic and a great song that makes you want to get up and dance.
What’s the story behind this song?
This song was written by Rich Fayden, who is a very talented songwriter. I fell in love with the song when I heard it and I could not wait to go out to LA and record it.
What is fun and rewarding about what you do? And what’s not?
I love traveling, performing, and doing photoshoots. I get to travel all over the world and I feel really blessed to be able to do that. Fashion shoots are fun because of all the amazing clothes I get to wear. I can’t really think of any negatives. It’s a blast! It’s also really rewarding to get to meet some of my fans or to inspire someone in a positive way.
What’s next for KG Crown in the last months of 2020?
Well I just switched my stage name from Kiera Grace to KG Crown, so I will be focusing on rebranding my socials. I also hope to spend the rest of 2020 in the studio writing and recording new music.
What is you favorite song? And why?
I love music! It is really hard for me to pick a favorite song. But I tend to love songs that have a great lyric or that I can really relate to on an emotional level.
What book should every entrepreneur read?
I don’t have a favorite book but I do read many articles online. I have always been business savvy. I have dreams of having my own fashion and beauty line in the future.
What is the toughest decision you had to make in the last few months?
I travel a lot and it is very difficult to juggle school and my career. It would be a lot easier if I was homeschooled, but the decision to leave my current school and be homeschooled is tough.
Any loves other than music?
Yes! I am a diehard basketball fan. I play basketball and it is my favorite sport.
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
I really want to meet Billie Eilish! I am a huge fan. I just love the way she is not afraid to be herself. Her music inspires me and I think she is a great performer.
Best advice ever given?
Don’t ever give up! Follow your dreams and believe in yourself. You can do anything you set your mind too.
How’s a typical day in your life?
I have school like most teenagers and then the rest of my time is devoted to my career. I usually have vocal, guitar, or dance lessons. I travel and have photoshoots. And I always try to make time for my family and friends.
How would your best friend describe you?
He’d probably describe me as crazy! LOL I have a really fun outgoing personality once you get to know me. I can be kind of silly.
Name one your strengths?
My biggest strength is my confidence. I am not afraid to be me and stand up for issues that are important to me.
Idea of a perfect Sunday?
My perfect Sunday would be hanging with my family and friends. We’d swim at the beach, then come back home and watch Netflix all night with yummy take out food.
What is your favorite song to belt out in the car/for karaoke?
My favorite song that I belt in the car is “Sorry Not Sorry” by Demi Lovato. I love that song so much. It makes me feel empowered.
What is your own definition of happiness?
For me, happiness is just doing what you love everyday and having a huge smile on your face. I also realize that it’s the people in your life that make you the happiest and so it’s important to treasure those relationships.
What is your favorite healthy food?
I am a junk food/fast food lover who recently turned vegan and gluten free. So that has been challenging because I hate vegetables! So I am still figuring out what healthy foods I like. But probably right now, I’d say it is fruit smoothies.
And your favorite cheat food?
My favorite cheat food is pizza! Or maybe hot cheetos!
What would be a deal breaker on a first date?
Smoking is definitely a deal breaker for me. If I was with a guy and he pulled out a cigarette, it would be game over.
How do you see yourself in 5 years?
In 5 years, I want everyone to know Kiera Grace as an artist and to know my music.
How would you describe your fashion style?
I love designer brands and things that are edgy or couture. Some of my favorite designers are Versace, Gucci, and The Blonds. I’m a creative person and I like to have fun with styling. Clothing, hair, and makeup can really inspire me.
What do you think of Social Media?
I love social media! Social media gives a person the ability to connect with friends, family, and fans all over the world. I have very close friends in India and the Middle East that I met on social media. It also allows people to build a platform and have a voice. That is so important!
