Hi Caleb, please tell us a little about you?
I’m just a normal guys from West Tennessee. I grew up in and out of the foster care system and music was a way for me to express my feelings through it all. I started playing piano when I was 8 and never looked back.
Describe your sound in 3 words?
Pop, Country, Rock – a little hint of everything
Who influenced you and why did you choose to make music?
Seeing Michael Jackson do his thing was a huge influence to me because he looked like me and that was really inspiring to see!
Do you play any instrument?
Piano, Guitar, Bass & Drums!
Do you ever get nervous?
Yes and No – it depends on the situation. Sometimes when I’m performing in a new venue I get a little nervous before I go on but that goes away as soon as I start my set.
Tell us about your new single “Slow”?”
My guys David J and Dylan Bradley wrote it. As soon as I heard the track, I felt the connection. It reminded me of my old stuff which was really cool.
What’s the story behind the song?
Slow is about a girl that has her walls up, has her guard up. So you gotta take it slow, take your time with her. Whether it’s new or a rekindling of old flame, I’m not here to break her heart, I just wanna take it slow.
What is the most rewarding part of your work?
Hearing people’s reactions and how they relate to the songs.

Don’t second guess yourself and Don’t let your circumstances bring you down

My first EP! It’s coming out this fall and I can’t wait.

Going to sleep with a smile at your face

Michael Jackson so I could learn from him both as a musician and an entrepreneur.

Tokyo with my brother

Keep going, even when the deck is stacked against you

I love organizations that get involved with kids in the foster care system
Where do you see yourself and your career in 5 years from now?
Still doing music, playing shows in Arena’s and loving life!

What do you think of Social Media?
It’s filled with opportunities and things to learn. I think it’s a great thing; just don’t overuse it.
