Hi Louisa, please tell us a little about you?
I’m a British Fashion model based in New York City. I recently graduated NYU in Sports management, I’m currently training for the NY Marathon (hoping to break last year’s time of 3.33) & the director of Social Acceleration Group.

100% British.
Who is your biggest supporter?
Myself!
When did you start into modeling?
Around 19 years old.
What is fun and rewarding about modeling? And what is not?
It’s a fun, easy job! I love it! It brings many opportunities with amazing perks!
Sometimes shooting e-commerce in heels all day is hard (imagine standing in high heels for 10 hours- it’s very painful!)
What advice would you give to women trying to become models?
Sign with a reputable agency & remember even the biggest models in the world do not work every single day so definitely do modeling & another focus on the side such as furthering education, a hobby, community work or another job.
The most important thing when you are shooting is?
Getting adequate sleep for sure! I barely function if I haven’t slept enough.
Which magazine or project is still on your bucket list?
I’m not sure I’m honestly just very grateful to work as much as i do for various brands!
Who are some of your favorite models and designers, and why?
Love shack fancy have a beautiful collection! I also wear Juicy Couture a lot especially at home or on a plane- so comfy!
What does fashion mean to you?
Fashion means looking stylish.
When and why did you created Social Acceleration Group?
I started Social Acceleration Group 2 days after graduating college. I started it because I want to help brands grow on social media!

Work hard, work smart, stay humble & be accommodating!
Do you still Modeling or you are 100% in the new business now?
When I was doing my undergraduate degree at NYU I also worked as a fashion model. Now that I have graduated, I still work as a fashion model but instead of NYU I now run this business full time. There are 24 hours in a day so I try to make the most of each day! I don’t believe in putting all your focus & energy into one thing, I always like to have multiple revenue streams running simultaneously.
What is your own definition of happiness?
Smiling more, being relaxed & calm.
Who was your role model as a child?
Paula Radcliffe.
What are your makeup bag staples when traveling?
Oh I bring all my makeup essentials wherever I go! But at minimum definitely sunscreen -Always protect your skin from the sun!
How did you stay fit?
I am currently running around 30 miles a week, going to equinox twice a week for gym workouts & taking 60 minute barre classes twice a week.
What is your favorite healthy food?
Açaí bowls are delicious! There’s a place near me called Loco Coco in New York that’s amazing!
And your favorite cheat food?
I love waffles, ice-cream, dairy milk chocolate, pizza, ravioli pasta…basically most carbs!
In five years from now, where do you see yourself and your career?
I see myself still working hard with multiple revenues streams going on!
What music do you like?
Hip Hop, R&B, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s…
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
Howard Stern & his wife Beth Stern would be cool. I love listening to his show on long runs & I’ve read she has personally rescued thousands of animals.
Do you support any charity?
Karana Rising! It’s a wonderful charity that helps survivors of human trafficking.
3 things you can’t leave home without?
Wallet & phone & clothes.

Relaxing & unwinding.
