Hi Elysee, please tell us a little about you?
I am a 21 year old model and actress living between Los Angeles and New York City. I’m an avid equestrian and am currently working on a personal project that sheds light positive resiliency and healing from abuse.
Describe yourself in 3 words?
Determined, Loquacious, Passionate
Name one your strengths?
Being adaptable to new environments
Best advice ever given?
“Learn to love the uncertainty.”
Who has been the biggest influence on your life?
Through my independence and growing older I find that every interaction I have with others serves a higher purpose towards enlightening me more. I wouldn’t be doing justice towards my teachers in life to just name one. I enjoy each day growing older and seeing how each person who comes into my life affects the paths I seek out and how to navigate life with the tools I’ve borrowed from them.
How and when did you start into modeling?
I got scouted in New York City when I was in university at 18.
What is fun and rewarding about modeling? And what is not?
The most rewarding aspect of modeling is creating art with an invested team. It’s beautiful to see teamwork and collaboration emit such beautiful stories. Opposingly, the hard work that goes on behind the scenes of modeling can often be overlooked by others, but I don’t mind too much.
What did you learn from your biggest failure?
I think I’m failing in some aspect everyday probably. I’m sure it’s more “failures” than successes that others don’t see, but that is what builds strength and determination in me. I use all of my failures as building blocks to grow. I’m not sure I’ve had my biggest failure yet because I’m positive I will live a life full of many more of them and use them to my advantage.
The most important thing when you are shooting is?
Having a smile on my face and maybe some good music is always nice on set. I think energy is infectious and positivity invites others to enjoy their work just as much as I do.
What’s your advice for the newer models and influencers?
To newer models and influencers I would advise you to write out your goals. You’re more likely to accomplish them when you’ve taken the time to reflect on the trajectory you want your career to go.
What would you say are the greatest lessons you learned so far in this business?
The secret is to be yourself and be grateful for the opportunities you are given. It feels so great to work with respectful and grateful people in this industry.
What do you think is the secret to having a successful IG account?
Authenticity! There’s no one like you and I’m sure your authentic self is always the most beautiful.
I bet you get millions of them, but what are the best and worst Instagram DM pickup lines you received so far?
The best DM’s are conversational ones. I love to talk with people who have questions, want to get to know me better, or share some love.
What book should every entrepreneur read?
Grit by Angela Duckworth
What actor/actress/model do you admire the most, and why?
Natalie Portman, her passion for her service in Women’s Empowerment, Time’s Up, and girls’ education is beyond inspiring to me. Her voice is making an indelible impact on half of the world’s population who identify as female.
What’s next for Elysee Sanville in 2022?
I’m currently working on a personal project that sheds light positive resiliency and healing from abuse.
Which project is still on your bucket list?
Designing in some capacity.
In five years from now, where do you see yourself and your career?
In an uphill march towards using my platform and voice for service.
What is your favorite healthy food?
Avocado
And your favorite cheat food?
I would have to say hot cheetos, though, I eat in moderation with every type of food and never skip out on what I want to eat regardless of if it is healthy or not.
What is your own definition of happiness?
Taking moments to reflect on my blessings in life and spreading my joy towards others.
How would your best friend describe you?
I’m not sure. Maybe kind? Or bold?

Zoe Kravitz
How would you explain your fashion style and what items in your closet can you not be without?
My fashion style is chic and sexy. I like finding pieces that make me feel beautiful. Clothes can alter your energy so much and make you transform into different characters. I can’t live without a good pair of denim, tailored trousers, some blazers, a comfortable dress, and some statement jackets.
What would be the dream holiday, and who would you go with?
My future family I hope to have one day. I’d love to explore with them and show my children as many countries of the world as I can.
What do you like to watch on Tv?
Currently Peaky Blinders, but my favorite is probably Westworld.
What music do you like?
A mixture of rock, blues, and jazz. My record player never stops playing. My boyfriend is a musician and has shown me some of the best music to dance to all day.

Record playing, cinnamon rolls in the oven, reading a book on my couch curled up with my dog, the windows all open.
