Hi Ally, please tell us a little about you?
Heyy! ☺️ I am a travel influencer and full time model. I’m 23 years young & I grew up in Tampa and Orlando, FL. I’ve been an athlete my whole life and I love staying active. I was a gymnast for 11 years. But I also did horseback riding, soccer, track, volleyball, golf and cheerleading.
My toxic trait is being a workaholic. I love bringing my creativity and personality into all the projects I do.
Describe yourself in 3 words?
Intuitive
Sociable
Lucid
Name one your strengths?
I am very resilient and loyal. When I do things, I do them with purpose and I take pride in that.
Best advice ever given?
Focus on the present moment and the future will be a gift.
Who has been the biggest influence on your life?
My family & friends inspire me everyday to be the best version of myself. I am blessed that I have a great support system. My parents have been happily married for 28 years and my older sister is incredible.
How and when did you start into modeling/influencer?
I left for college in 2016 when I started building my portfolio for modeling. I started working with Rockstar Energy, traveling every weekend going on tour for Supercross, Snocross, Wake season, WSOP (Wolds Series of Poker) and other ventures. In 2019, modeling took off for me and I moved to LA.
I am currently signed with Toyo Tires for 2022 and continue to build my resume with other brands. I’ve expanded my resume by working in the cannabis industry and partnered with Jeeter, Balanced, Traditional, Madlabs, Weedsy and more. Doing shoots for e-commerce and commercials for liteboxer have been just a few of my favorite jobs.
What is fun and rewarding about modeling? And what is not?
Working with other creators and artists who are passionate about their work like me feels so freeing and inspiring. Its truly the most beautiful/rewarding part about my job.
What did you learn from your biggest failure?
Instead of saying “Why is this happening to me”, I say “what is this teaching me?”. Working hard, staying consistent and moving forward is all I focus on. Life can be hard sometimes, but it’s all linear. Focusing too much on what happens in the past will cloud your future and hinder your growth.
What’s your advice for the newer models/influencers?
Everyone has insecurities and it’s okay to feel different. Every model has an “off” day, but that’s normal. It’s important to not be too hard on yourself. Learn your angles, be intuitive with your body & don’t let anyone tell you you can’t do something.
What would say are the greatest lessons you learned so far in this business?
Always keep your head up- especially when you’re processing failure. Mistakes build knowledge and experience. They are just as important as successes. Have a good head on your shoulders and never let people take advantage of you. Know your worth.
What book should every entrepreneur read?
Rich Dad Poor Dad helped align my goals with my actions. It was such a huge influence on my work life. Every entrepreneur should read this, especially if they feel like their job feels more like a task, rather than a passion.
What actor/actress/model do you admire the most, and why?
Alexis Ren & Emily Ratajkowski are both huge inspirations to me because they use their platform to bring light to real issues and truly bring change to the world. They are obviously stunning, but their work isn’t just about them. They are empowering and show that they care about people and that’s what I aspire to be.
What’s next for Ally Rose in 2022?
Aside from all of my current jobs for the year, I want to focus on showing more of my personality through my work. I want to express my unique qualities and inspire people to be themselves.
Which magazine or project is next on your bucket list?
This is not necessarily a project, but I am working on getting my sky diving license! I am excited to push my boundaries and experience something so thrilling.
In five years from now, where do you see yourself and your career?
I would love to build a wellness community. Paving the way for young women in the hospitality/modeling industry is such huge dream of mine.
Creating a family is so important to me, but timing is everything and right now I am focused on building my dream life so I can be the best wife and mother one day.
Now talking about Instagram, can you share some tips for keeping your account interesting?
Be different. Don’t be afraid to express yourself.
You are followed by so many people. How do you feel about that pressure of doing always the right thing, and encourage people to follow their dreams?
I didn’t start my Instagram intending to be an influencer. I always used the platform for expression and creativity. But eventually, my account grew tremendously and I started realizing how important it is to be careful when posting certain things. Especially having followers in other countries, I am constantly learning what’s okay to share and what’s not, especially when it comes to my life and politics. I always want to be respectful to everyone and spread love.
What is your favorite healthy food?
Fish! sashimi, ceviche, yellowtail.
And your favorite cheat food?
Pasta ????
What is your own definition of happiness?
Being filled with gratitude in the present moment. Whether you have or don’t have money, house with a white picket fence or a rock on your finger. Being grateful for what you have and where you’re at in the present moment is true happiness to me.
How would you explain your fashion style and what items in your closet can you not be without?
Whether it’s legging, sneakers or a sports bra, i’m always comfy. I do love to dress up for some happy hour drinks though 😉
What music do you like?
I love a lot of genres, but early 90’s alternative rock is nostalgic for me. R&B, rap and jazz would be my next top genres.
Do you support any charities?
The Texas advocacy project is a non-profit that helps people through domestic violence and sexual assault. They offer free legal services, so it helps people who don’t have resources in these situations. There are so many people who feel lost and alone because they feel like they don’t have options, but the Texas advocacy project brings help and comfort to change victims lives.
