Out now, You Are Mine is the latest instalment in a slew of remarkable releases from the abounding Swiss talent over the past twelve months, who now teams up with husband Hartness and vocalist Jetason for a brand new record, primed for the summer festival season.
An emotive, upbeat cut, brimming with uplifting energy and atmospheric main stage flair across its three-minute duration, the new single is everything we could have hoped for and more from the in-form production duo, who deliver epic melodies, progressive rhythms and cheering synths, beneath Jetason’s euphoric male topline lead. Hi Miss Ghyss, please tell us a little about yourself?
Hi! I am DJ since 2010! I start learning about production in 2014, I am based in Switzerland. I just turned 30 this week, I am proud mom of Maeva (2).
We’re sure you have been asked this million times but how did you get in the industry?
I met my husband Loic 10 years ago! We start dating while he was teaching me how to play!
Describe your sound in 3 words?
Uplifting, progressive & feel good
Tell us about your new single ‘You Are Mine’ on Sirup Music?
We started this project exactly 1 year ago, it was the first track started into our new musical direction. It is a mix between techno and progressive house. Especially the extended version who has the second part of the drop techno oriented.
What was it like working with Hartness on Jetason on the record? What roles did you each play?
Hartness is the alias of my husband Loic. It is a familly affair! We are working together since day 1! Loic is working more on the technical skills, I am providing my inspiration and input! Singer Jetason (Jordan Grace alias) was the final touch (vocal) on this project to put it to the next level!
Have you worked with these artists before?
We released several track with Hartness before (Float Alone, Ilusion, Kernkraft 400 remix) ! It is the first time I am working with Jetason but really nice feeling with him !
Which artists and styles have inspired and influenced you over the course of your career?
Progressive House is my crush since I start playing ! I was inspired by Tiesto, Guetta, Deadmau5 ! Lately Illenium was a big player in the future bass project ! Now CamelPhat & ARTBAT are the key influencer of our musical direction.
When all the partying is over how do you like to chill out?
I like to rest at home with my family and cats 🙂
Best stage you have ever played on?
Tomorrowland (2016) was the biggest highlight of my career !
Funniest/Crazy thing that ever happened at an event?
A Yacht party in Barcelona for a DJ contest was one of the craziest one ! There was Lost Frequency as Jury ( I finally was one of the winner of this contest ) !
What’s your favorite club to perform in?
I prefer festival but until now Bootshaus (Germany) was one of my favourite!
Did you have plans/gigs planned and cancelled because of COVID? If so have you done any online events or interaction with your fans?
Yes I had, normally postponed to 2022 ! During first wave, we organized Home Party in our Home studio! It was fun!
What is fun and rewarding about what you do? And what’s not?
I love make people dance and sharing my passion of music through what I am playing and producing !
What is not fun is the barrier to execution part – when you have difficulties to sign the music for example! There is so much work done in background that nobody is seeing !

Do what you love and don’t care about what people say !

My optimism!
Idea of a perfect Sunday?
Riding on the boat with my family and doing wakeboard / wake surf !
What is your favorite healthy food?
Avocado!
And your favorite cheat food?
All of them! But would say pasta!
What would be a deal breaker on a first date?
Oh, been in couple since too many years to think about it! Would say wrong attitude of the person!
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
Simba, our cat who passed away last year! We are missing him everyday!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Exactly in the same situation! With my family, still sharing my passion for the music!
How would you describe your fashion style?
I love what is unique! I like the sporty fashion style as well! Trying to be original !
What do you think of Social Media?
I am mitigated! I like it as we are all connected but in the same way, we are loosing the through connection!
