Check out our interview with talented artist, actress and influencer Havanna Winter who just released her single and music video “rain rain go away.”
With a burgeoning music career on the horizon, Havanna has signed with Stevie Van Zandt’s new imprint Wonderwall Records.
Of the video, Winter says, “We went for a The Lost Boys vibe. It’s one of my favorite movies and biggest sources of inspiration, so the fact that it looks a bit raw only adds to the eighties vibe we were going for!”

Hi Havanna, please tell us a little about you?
Hii! I am an artist and actress and I’ve been doing social media for a few years now. I grew up in Norway, spent most of my summers in Spain and I moved to California in 2015.
Describe yourself in 3 words?
I would say I’m caring, hardworking, and kind.
We’re sure you have been asked this million times but how did you get in the industry?
I got scouted at a garden party by a management company and they put me in the studio and I started making music and posting regularly on social media. I went viral in March 2020.
Describe your sound in 3 words?
My music is campy, pop, and rock.
Who influenced you and why did you choose to make music?
My mom had a lot of musical friends who I used to sing and record covers and had a lot of fun. So when I got the opportunity to pursue my own career I decided to go for it.
Do you play any instrument?
I’m currently taking guitar and piano lessons..
Do you ever get nervous?
Omg absolutely. I always get nervous when I have meetings or interviews but I think that’s pretty normal.
Tell us about your new single “rain rain go away?”
I recorded it during the pandemic in Norway and I just love the vibe of it, and I was really excited for it to be my first release.
What’s the story behind the song?
Rain rain go away is about a girl who wants to run away from all her problems. I felt like that was very relatable because I think we all feel like that sometimes.
How was working with top executive producer Maya K?
I love Maya. She’s so talented and sweet. I have the best time working with her. I am so excited for everyone to hear everything that we have been working on..!
Which project is still on your bucket list?
I’m looking forward to finishing my album and releasing it, and in the future go on tour.

It’s the best feeling when you get a song that you’re really proud of and happy with.
What’s next for Havanna Winter in 2022?
I am releasing two more songs this year.
As a popular influencer and artist you are followed by so many people. How do you feel about that pressure of always doing the right thing, and encourage people to follow their dreams?
Honestly I don’t really think of it that way, I am just having fun and trying to post regularly. I do encourage people to try to stay true to themselves and don’t let negativity and other people’s opinions bring you down.
How would your best friend describe you?
I just asked my best friend Mishka, and she said that she thinks I am really sweet, energetic and creative haha.

“Always on the go” because I am always up to something!

Never give up and keep doing what you are doing if you are having fun, even if people are being negative and don’t understand it.. Stay true to yourself and be consistent and things will work out!
What is your favorite song? And why?
I have a lot of favorite songs but one of my all time favorites is Crazy by Aerosmith. It makes me so happy everytime I listen to it because it brings me back to when my mom and I would belt it in the car when we would do road trips together when I was around 10-12 years old.
Any loves other than music?
I love acting.
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
