Energetic, determined, creative
Name one of your strengths?
Making art!
Who is your biggest supporter?
My family, friends and collectors
Best advice ever given?

Who has made the biggest impact on your life so far, and why?
My family. They are all self-made business people and helped push me into perusing art full
time. I wouldn’t be where I am without them.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A professional skateboard/snowboard photographer.
What is most challenging part about what you do?
Juggling both the business and creative sides of being an artist. Most people may think being an artist is just painting in the studio all day. There is a whole side people don’t see which involves building a business, brand, finding outlets to display your art, etc… Unless you have a manager which is not too common, most of this work is done by the artist alone.
What did you learn from your biggest failure?
Always make sure anyone you work with has the best intentions for you and your business.
Now tell us about your art. Where do you draw inspiration from?
I’m heavily influenced by other artist, both visual and musical. Additionally, you can see
inspiration in my works from my travels around the world and past experiences.
What’s your favorite quote?
“Work smart not hard”
To what do you attribute your current success?
Work ethic
Are there busy and quiet periods during the year?
Not necessarily, I find myself constantly working on new projects.
What book should every artist read?
Any book on starting/owning your own business
Your idea of a perfect Sunday is?
Working in my studio or traveling to a new place
How would you describe your fashion style?
I would say my fashion is mostly higher end street wear. I wear a lot of black, almost every day.
What kind of music do you listen to today?
I’m a fan of all music. I would have to say Hip Hop, Deep House and Reggae are my top three genres.
What do you think of Social Media?
I think social media is one of the best tools for a business owner. As a visual artist, it is perfect because I can give all of my followers a constant feed of what I’m working on. I’ve sold nearly 50% of my works just through Instagram alone.
