Sassy, Loving & Resilient
Who has made the biggest impact on your life so far, and why?
EVERYONE; I am open minded so life experiences gave me wisdom and affirmations…we are impacted by the “good” and “bad”.
How and when did you start into modeling and glam?
I started modeling in h.s fashion shows and continued I didn’t take it seriously at first because I was focusing on my degree then I noticed how much modeling complemented my personality. Then I started embracing the process more and more over the years.
What is the best and worst part of being a model?
The best part of being a model are the amazing people I meet through gigs, they are inspiring in their own aspect. The worst part would be the misconception of what it takes to be a model; people tend to box most of us in as beautiful women who are shallow or stuck up when it’s usually the opposite most of us are actually deeper than what meets the eye.
The most important thing when you are shooting is?
ENERGY – without that the product will look mediocre.
What’s your advice for the newer models?
Maintain your individuality. Project who you are not who you think people may want you to be.
What would say are the greatest lessons you learned so far in this business?
Self respect and self love.
How do balance your personal life with your working life?
They complement each other. My personal life and work life are very similar. I am ART 24/7. 365.
Who is your biggest beauty inspiration?
Jeremi Lam, Teyana Taylor and Kanye West.
Who are some of your favorite models and designers, and why?
I find beauty in everyone so I don’t have a favorite model unless it’s myself but that’s ego speaking.
My favorite designer is Christopher Louis for the brand ONELACE; that man is an embodiment of his work; it’s a representation of who he is it is all about INDIVIDUALITY, UNDENIABLE PROGRESSION, UNITY, etc
How would you describe your fashion style?
90’s like fresh prince of Bel-Air, anything vintage. When I style myself I follow my guideline of slutty yet classy.
How often you post content in your accounts?
As often as I desire.
Can you share some tips to have a successful social media account?
Being yourself and post things people may learn from or relate to.
Name one your strengths?
Being mentally strong.

What we can expect of Simonica Goddett in 2021?
More modeling content along with my brand launching. It will be UNIQUE like myself.
What is your own definition of happiness?
Being content with all you have been blessed with regardless of a situation.
Any loves other than modeling?
Writing, creative directing, editing, styling, running track, dancing, eating, traveling and mostly helping others.
How’s a typical day in your life?
I wake up everyday thanking Allah for life because I know it can all be gone at any moment. Drink water, eat my first/solid meal at 12pm/1pm then I go about which ever task need to be handled first which is usually the bathroom LOL.
Idea of a perfect Sunday?
Relaxing on my bed with a bowl of popcorn watching a comedy or listening to music. Anything that makes me feel extra peaceful I engage in to bring forth a fresh start of the week.
What is your favorite healthy food?
Dayia’s Alfredo Mac & Cheese [vegan]
And your favorite cheat food?
STEAK
If you could meet someone living or dead, who would it be and why?
Kanye Omari West because as a child to an adult one main thing that we support is FREE THINKING. That man is a creative genius in all aspects.
Do you support any charities?
Not yet; I would like to find one when I start my brand but ONELACE and I along with many other contribute to those within our city or anyone we may be able to help in general on my own I have been charitable to others since high school.
How do you see yourself in 5 years?
I am a realist. I deal with the present because the past already occurred for me the present is 4:43am and the future is 4:44am, tomorrow never comes because it’s today the NOW.
Now what do you think of Social Media as you are a big influencer in this category?
Social media is what we make it for ourselves; we can let it control us or we can take control of it. A non living thing cannot do anything without it’s influencer. US. we bring it to life.
