Hi Nessa, please tell us a little about you?
Im a 23 years old singer/songwriter from Arizona! I started off on YouTube to build a fanbase and now im dropping singles 🙂
Describe yourself in 3 words?
Manic, extra, goofy
Who has made the biggest impact on your life so far, and why?
I’d say my mother. She pushed me to go after everything I wanted and instilled in my mind I can achieve anything I put time into.
How did you get started in the business?
A friend whose a producer over at Motown invited me to come work one day. We got a whole song done in a only a few hours and the feedback from my audience was amazing. The opportunity gave me the tools and confidence to go hard so I’ve been in the studio for a week once a month grinding.
Tell us about your new song “Social Suicide?”
This song represents my feelings over the past few years. As an influencer, I put myself out there (sometimes more than I should.) It placed me in a very vulnerable position that over time broke me down completely. It’s crazy how people you’ve never met can have such strong impact on how you feel about yourself. This song is a sort of cry for inner peace.

Describe your sound in 3 words?
Honest, fresh, realistic
Who influenced you and why did you choose to make music?
My biggest inspirations in music would be Rihanna, Lady Gaga, and Demi Lovato. Watching them all each go through their own battles in front of the world inspired/encouraged me to keep going. I’ve always had a passion for singing and now I finally have the resources to pursue my dream. I would’ve started sooner if I could’ve !
Do you have a tour coming up or where we can see you performing?
Not quite yet! But planning a few shows for the EP drop.
How would you explain your fashion style?
I’d say laid back and chill. You’ll most often catch me in sneakers and sweats.
How would your best friend describe you?
The craziest person they’ve every met.
What’s next for Nessa Briella in 2020?
ANOTHER SINGLE AND EP! Possibly a small tour 🙂
What is your own definition of happiness?
Waking up knowing im getting one step closer to my goals.
What is your idea of a perfect Sunday?
Chilling at home, snacks, and Video Games 🙂
Best advice ever given?
In a world of cookie cutter people, be yourself.
Name 3 things you can’t live without?
Lipgloss, my dog penny, & green apples lol
Where do you see yourself and your career in 5 years from now?
I see myself established with at least an album or two out, signed, traveling and performing!
Favorite song? Why?
My favorite song at the moment is Don’t Watch me Cry by Jorja Smith. SHE IS AN ANGEL.
What music do you like?
I listen to really anything 🙂 Fav genre right now would be r&b/pop
