Last night (Friday, July 7) celebrated hip-hop artist J. Cole stopped by JEWEL Nightclub at ARIA Resort & Casino to treat fans with an intimate performance for “The Good Life Fridays,” just before his headlining tour makes a stop at MGM Grand Garden Arena.
Taking over the DJ booth at around 2:00 a.m., the “4 Your Eyez Only” rapper performed several of his past and current hits, including “Can’t Get Enough,” “No Role Modelz,” and “Déjà Vu.” The nighttime hot spot was jam-packed with fans who enthusiastically sang along to every word, making for an unbelievable atmosphere inside the sold out nightclub. J.Cole appeared to be enjoying the electric energy from his fans as he lovingly shouted out to the crowd, thanking them for their support several times between each song. JEWEL resident DJ Irie flawlessly took over the booth after the hip-hop star’s incredible performance to keep partygoers dancing until the early hours of the morning.
Adding to the excitement, several professional athletes were also in attendance to catch the rapper’s performance, including basketball players James Harden, PJ Tucker, and Jared Dudley, as well as head coach for the Cleveland Cavaliers Tyronn Lue. Reality television personality and current star of the Las Vegas show “Sex Tips for Straight Women From a Gay Man” Kendra Wilkinson was also spotted at her own VIP table to catch J Cole’s performance.
