How did you get into fashion photography?
I own a talent management agency. I took my first client and quickly realized that my client needs great pictures and I thought, well, i have studied lighting and worked for years with great photographers, I can shoot my client myself and so i stated shooting..
What is typically in your camera bag?
My two favorite cameras, lenses, batteries, a hat, …. should i go on?
What do you like best about your job?
Creating, I love Beauty, I love Art and creating the impossible, I love the magic that happens when light hits an object or person and what i can capture with that.

From my clients, from life , my kids and grandkids
Do you post-process your photos?
Yes, that is part of the beauty and art of it.
Do you do your own styling and makeup or do you work with a team?
No, I am fortunate to be able to work with a team of good artist.
When did you started as a fashion photographer?
I started shooting at the age of 14, then when my two girls came along, I shoot them all the time, but technically, as a fashion photographer I would say about two years ago.
What are the biggest challenges for a photographer?
Getting work that Challenges and excites me I want my limits to be pushed, my creativity is brought out the best that way
What do you love the most about your job?
Creating
Did you had any photography lessons?
Yes, I also worked at photo labs to pay my way through college, I learned a lot helping out and working with photographers,
Natural light or artificial?
Natural, you just can not recreate the light that god gives us, not like he can.
How was working with Nikki Lund?
Brilliant, Nikki is very creative and brings a lot of energy to the set, and i love that.
And with Angie Everhart?
It was Surreal because I had a picture of hanging over my bed as a teenage, She and Farrah Fawcett!
What camera do you use the majority of the time?
Canon
Which photo are you currently most proud of?
Every Year i give my children a piece of art for their birthdays and this year, I created each one of them a personal photo that represents their individuality and i have to say i am most proud of those pictures i created for them.
What tips can you recommend to people looking to expand their portfolio?
Shoot EVERYDAY, EVERYTHING, NEVER STOP SHOOTING!!
Fashion is a tough industry to be in. What advice do you have for new talent?
Be your own person, find out what makes your work different from others, something that only you do and be the best at that!

Leo DiCaprio, Kate Moss, I have a long list LOL

Canon 24/70, Cause i like to be able to move around
