After two decades of dazzling the elite palates at the Sundance Film Festival, ChefDance founders Mimi Kim and Kenny Griswold are excited to welcome guests to their permanent concept.
“Park City is a distinct and unique place for both residents and visitors. Kenny and I believed that it deserved a special culinary gem to elevate the food scene, so after 20 years of bringing outstanding chefs to Park City for ChefDance, we decided to create a permanent restaurant with Shawn McClain as a culinary partner, serving fine Italian cuisine. We will also have visiting chefs throughout the year, such as Chef Seunghyun, whom I was privileged to invite into our kitchen, to provide a range of food and experiences. It is critical for us to give back to the community that has provided so much for us…”
