This 2017 year Portugal (specifically Portimão and Lagoa) hosted The BPM Festival after 10 years in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. This locations provided the public spectacular sunsets and pleasant evenings, along with great music that you can expect for an event like The BPM Festival.
With the presence of classic names in the lineup such as Art Department, Hot Since 82, Jamie Jones, Jackmaster, Loco Dice, Chus & Ceballos, Carl Craig, Steve Lawler, Danny Tenaglia, Dubfire, Paul Kalkbrenner and one of our favorites Richie Hawtin.
Our favorite event was the YA’AH MUUL hosted at the Centro de Congressos “Do Arade” with Steve Lawler and Dubfire. The energy was just crazy and we can’t wait to live that again next year!
With people coming to the festival from all over the world keeps making The BPM Festival one of the most popular events to attend and more that this event as everyones know has a very specific kind of music, not like other world-wide events where you can have multiple stages with different music artists, so you know when you attend to The BPM Festival all the fans, and people you will see there are in the same page as you.
Definitely The BPM Festival is a must go if you haven’t been on any of the past editions and with this new Europe location you can expect that will be getting bigger and bigger each summer.
See you next year at The BPM Festival Portugal.
